of a good friend of ours, Kate Muldoon, and her brother Tim. Late last year they both signed up to participate in the 2008 St Anthony’s Triathlon as members of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training Program. In so doing they committed to raising a total of $9,200 between them. Raising the money would have been easier for me than raising the courage to do the Tri, so hats off to each of them for having the guts to do this.
If you visit Tim’s blog you will be kept up to date on their progress. Having been at their last few swim training sessions, I can assure you that it is going much better than Tim makes out in his posts.
