It’s a rainy day here in Philly. Rinny is at work and Ella is sleeping. I’m looking at pictures of my pregnant wife. It’s been almost 3 years since Erin and I got married and it’s a lot of fun realizing that I am still as obsessed with her now as I was when I asked her to marry me. I’ve been working on a few more belly pics and thought I’d put some up.These pics might be the last before she pops. My standard question whenever the phone rings is, “Are we having a baby?”. Any day now.

She’s gorgeous isn’t she! Am so very excited about the imminent arrival – everytime the phone rings I’m convinced it’s you! Oh and can we see some more pics of Ella Bean please?

So less than a week and counting ………… CONGRATULATIONS BUD !!!
Well, after almost two years, a laparoscopy, 2 AI procedures, loads of stress and tears, Galina is pregnant. She is in her 13th week so will be going for a big scan next week Monday. Tomorrow I will be meeting the midwife that will be helping us with our home water birth. Galina has already met her, but only to decide between 2 mid-wives.
We are expecting on or before the 21st September, so hold thumbs for us.

That is awesome. Congratulations. We are so happy for you guys. I could say all the typical stuff like the harder you work for something the more you are going to appreciate it blah-blah, but I won’t. It’s just such an incredible experience welcoming a new member to the family. You guys are going to have an amazing time and we are really looking forward to hanging out with your family when we make it out to South Africa next.
