One week update

It has been a week since Caitlin joined the family and I have to say that she is fitting in well. In a household that likes its sleep Caitlin is champ. She has been taking 3 hour naps since day 1 and is never awake for more than an hour at a time. Erin is also having a much easier time breastfeeding Caitlin than she did with Ella, so everything is great. Today was Caitlin’s first bath and lo and behold her little umbilical thingy fell off. So we have a pristine baby girl without any dangly bits whatsoever.

Here are a few pics that Erin and I made today. These are the few that we managed to get in before Caitlin couldn’t take the excitement any longer, resulting in pee-pee on mama and the aforementioned first bath! Enjoy and keep those comments coming, this blog is proving to be the best (only!) way to communicate with me ever.

Happy Easter to all of you,

Si & his Girls

Another set of amazing photos Si!
I loved this line: Today was Caitlin’s first bath and lo and behold her little umbilical thingy fell off.

That had me laughing for the better part of lunchtime. :-)

Thanks for keeping the blog up to date, I love visiting it.
XOXO to all of you,
Kellie

Hi Kellie and Dad,

Thanks for keeping the comments coming. Kellie you may not know this but I am a lifelong fisherman and there is nothing worse than throwing a baited hook into the big blue and waiting for a fish to bite, and waiting……

So the fact that you are answering these posts is encouraging and I will continue to post.

Love you guys,

Si & the girls

Oh my goodness! Another beauty to add to your family! Caitlin is gorgeous and these pictures are amazing. I love that you have a website/blog I can visit frequently and stay up to date on your lives. Loving the commentary too, Dad!:)

If I were to guess… Caitlin’s eyes will be big, gorgeous bright blue eyes just like yours, Erin’s and Ella’s, but it’s just a guess:)

Love to you all -think of you daily! Have fun with your girls!
Love, Deanna
